How do I export multiple notes?
You can export one or more notes as PDFs or Squid Note files from the main screen (one file per note).
- Long press on a note to select it, then tap any additional notes you wish to select. You can also select all notes in a notebook.
- Tap Export... in the overflow menu.
- Choose a file format from the dropdown menu.
- When the export is complete*, choose which app you would like to use to share the file(s).
*If there are any empty notes, password-protected notes, or failures during the export, the progress dialog will remain visible and details of the export can be viewed. To share the file(s) that were successfully exported, tap Share.
